  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been coming to this store for years as we have been building a house. The customer service has steadily declined. We went to buy some plumbing items over $1000 today that we already picked out online. Tried to get help in the plumbing dept to locate them & ask some questions. No Lowes staff around. Tried the call bell at the desk several times but it did not work. After 20 min I called the front desk on my cell phone. Front desk said they'd call for help. No call after 5 min. Called them on my cell again. Waited another 5 min, no overhead page. I then went to the Customer Service counter at the front of the store and asked for the Store Manager. Staff said they'd get a mgr and that "Brad" was in the plumbing section. Well not in the 30 mins we were there! MGR never came. So 40 mins later we walked out of the store and so did our MONEY!! WE CUSTOMERS ALL HAVE OPTIONS! Maybe this brick and mortar store might get a clue when we all go elsewhere or online, and they close their doors! A customer goes to a brick store to get some customer service...this place has staff that hides and tries to look busy. Hope they all have a Plan "B"!! Looking at the rest of these reviews Lowe's Headquarters needs to take notice or it's GOODBYE!
